Environmental Protection Specialist (1/4/10)

Corpus Chrisiti Army Depot's mission is to Overhaul, repair, modify, retrofit, test and modernize helicopters, helicopter engines and components for all services and foreign military sales. The depot serves as a training base for active-duty Army, National Guard, Reserve and foreign military personnel. Duties: Incumbent will serve as a Special Environmental Advocate for a Production Directorate and will ensure compliance requirements are met. Multimedia areas, including air, water, materials and waste will be overseen IAW an ISO 14001 environmental management system in place. The advocate will serve, as a generalist, to interface between environmental office and the production artisans, management and contractors in the industrial shops. Work requires guiding environmental process owners to achieve objectives and full conformance to relevant regulatory requirements.
